Rainpower looks after and develops its employees; we also require that they share their knowledge. Rainpower offers a range of course for competence development; the company also offers training within areas where competence is insufficient.

RainpowerAcademy´s scope of work comprises:

  • development programmes for sales persons, leaders and project managers
  • apprentice programmes (new positions are posted in January each year)
  • technology development programmes within hydropower and engineering
  • mentor programmes; for new employees and in connection with competence transfer between employees

 

The broad composition of the Rainpower organization, and our operations on several continents give rich possibilities, also with regard to international career possibilities.

We believe in our positive contribution with regards to ethical and environmental values towards customers and the societies which we are active in.

We are a developing organization - at present around 350 employees - but interested in attracting new and knowledgeable employees (see vacant positions here).

RainpowerAcademy was established in 2010; under this umbrella, managed by Cecilie Berggren, all development and traning programmes for our employees  are coordinated; to secure that the company´s strategy can be carried out, to retain compentent employees, and to contribute to the development of Rainpower´s corporate culture.
